No. BragWorthy works two ways: as a standalone platform where you take payments directly with Stripe or Square, or as a free app inside your Shopify store where bookings and products sync with your existing Shopify checkout. Use whichever fits how you already sell — you do not need Shopify to get started.

They're the same toolkit with two checkout and billing paths. Standalone: you connect Stripe or Square and BragWorthy is your booking hub. Shopify: you install the free BragWorthy app, and bookings, products, and payments run through your Shopify store and its checkout. The event tools — booking pages, reminders, deposits, prep lists — are the same either way.

You start free and pay nothing until you wrap your first party. After that, Professional is $39/month standalone — everything most makers need — and Enterprise is $149/month for multi-location or white-label operations. On Shopify, billing runs through your Shopify invoice ($59 Professional / $199 Enterprise) and the app itself is free. All prices are in USD.

Yes. You get the full Professional toolkit free — every feature, no credit card — and you only start paying once you've run your first real event and seen it work. Cancel any time before then and you've spent nothing.

Standalone, you connect your own Stripe or Square account and payouts go straight to you — BragWorthy never holds your money. You can require a deposit to secure a booking, offer party credits, and run refunds and loyalty rewards. On Shopify, guests pay through your normal Shopify checkout.

Yes. Every studio gets a branded public booking page and a hosted events page where guests can browse dates, book a private party or reserve a seat at a public event, pick their project, RSVP, and pay. Sold-out events can move guests to a waitlist automatically.

Yes — automatic email reminders are included, and SMS reminders are available when you connect your own Twilio number (we include a setup guide). You can send invitations, RSVP nudges, payment reminders, and day-of details, all in your brand voice.

Paint & sip, sign-painting parties, hat bars, charm bars, candle and ornament making, leather-patch nights, pottery and mixed-media workshops, kids' parties, corporate team-building, and mobile pop-ups — plus recurring sessions and fixed-project events. You can even rename 'party' to whatever you call your events (workshop, class, session) so guests see your language.

No. Setup is guided — add your studio details, connect your payment provider (or install the Shopify app), and you have a working booking page the same day. No code and no design work required.

Yes. Add your logo and brand colors, and your booking pages, events page, emails, and guest experience all carry your brand. Enterprise adds a fully white-label experience on your own custom domain with no BragWorthy branding.

Yes. BragWorthy is GDPR-compliant, payment credentials are encrypted, and you own your customer data — export or delete it any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
