How do I connect my Shopify store?
Log in to your BragWorthy admin dashboard, go to Settings, and click the Shopify Integration tab. Enter your myshopify.com domain and click "Connect to Shopify." You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize the connection, then brought back automatically. Your products will sync within seconds.
What Shopify data does BragWorthy access?
BragWorthy accesses your product catalog (to sync items for guest selection), orders (to create draft orders and track payments), and inventory levels (to keep stock counts accurate). We never access customer personal data, marketing information, or store analytics. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I disconnect or uninstall?
You can disconnect from BragWorthy's Settings page at any time. Your synced products will remain in your catalog as standalone items. If you uninstall the app from Shopify, your credentials are automatically cleared and synced products are deactivated.
What payment methods are supported?
BragWorthy supports three payment providers: Stripe, Square, and Shopify Checkout. When connected to Shopify, guest payments create draft orders that flow directly to your Shopify admin. For standalone mode, payments process through Stripe or Square.
Is BragWorthy free?
The Shopify app is free to install and use. BragWorthy offers tiered plans for additional features like custom branding, advanced analytics, and white-label options. Contact us for pricing details.
How is my data protected?
All API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Data is transmitted over HTTPS with HSTS enforcement. Webhook signatures are verified using HMAC-SHA256.
