1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BragWorthy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including store owners, party hosts, and guests.

2. Description of Service

BragWorthy is a party management platform that enables creative businesses ("Stores") to organize events, manage guest lists, sync product catalogs, and process payments. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Shopify, Stripe, and Square to provide these capabilities.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Shopify Integration

When you connect your Shopify store to our Service, you authorize us to access your Shopify data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share this data. You may disconnect the integration at any time through your store settings or by uninstalling the app from Shopify.

Data protection. Where we process personal data of your customers on your behalf, we act as your data processor and process that data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable). We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and tenant isolation — to protect customer data; we access only the minimum protected customer fields required (customer name and email); we honor Shopify's mandatory data-deletion webhooks; and we will notify you without undue delay of any personal-data breach affecting your customers' data. This Section, together with our Privacy Policy, forms the data-protection agreement between you and BragWorthy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Square, or Shopify) as configured by the Store. We do not directly handle payment card information. All payment disputes should be directed to the Store or the relevant payment provider. The BragWorthy Shopify app is provided free of charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BragWorthy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
